Manually keying in supplier invoices is one of the most expensive routine jobs in any company: slow, error-prone and universally disliked. We automate that process with artificial intelligence: invoices arrive by email or upload, the AI extracts the data (supplier, line items, amounts, due dates), matches each invoice to its order, flags discrepancies and posts everything into your system ready for bookkeeping. We work with large language models (LLMs) that handle photographed or free-form invoices where traditional OCR gives up. This is not theory: the AI invoice pipeline we built runs in production at entsorgo, a German waste-management platform, processing the invoices of a nationwide partner network. With e-invoicing regulation tightening across the EU (real-time reporting, the ViDA package), the topic is on every finance team's agenda: we help you comply while making your whole invoice workflow faster and cheaper. AI SEO and GEO
Search has changed: your customers increasingly ask ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews or Perplexity before choosing a supplier. GEO (generative engine optimization) is the craft of making your company the source those AI answers cite. Our strength is the engineering side: we build fast, machine-readable, structured websites that AI systems can parse and are willing to quote: structured data (schema.org), hreflang, llms.txt, clean semantic HTML, and content rich in citable facts. AI customer service
Your customers ask questions when your team is offline: evenings, weekends, campaign peaks. We build AI assistants that work from your own knowledge base: they know your products, pricing and processes, so instead of generic chatbot talk they give real answers, in Hungarian and English, on your website, in your webshop or over email. The key is drawing the boundaries precisely: the assistant knows what it may answer, when to hand the conversation to a human, and passes on the full history so the customer never starts over. We build on large language models (LLMs) and ground every answer in your own data (RAG), keeping made-up answers to a minimum. Beyond customer service, the same approach automates internal work: pre-qualifying quote requests, order-status lookups, handling frequent questions. We start with a fixed process: assessment, a pilot on one narrow area, measurement, and only then scaling up.

Website development

UX/UI design
A good interface is not decoration: it is the point where a visitor becomes a customer. We design in Figma, and every screen is born as a clickable prototype first, so you can try how your site or app will work before development starts, and changes stay cheap instead of becoming expensive afterthoughts. We optimise for three device classes (mobile, tablet, desktop), because most visitors arrive on a phone and first impressions are decided there. Accessibility follows the WCAG 2.2 guidelines: proper contrast, keyboard-friendly navigation, screen-reader-friendly structure. That means a wider audience and better Google rankings, because search engines score the same criteria. Finished designs are handed over development-ready: broken into components, with a consistent colour system, typography and states. For existing sites we also run UX audits: we show you where you lose visitors and what is worth rebuilding first.

Mobile applications
A mobile app is worth building when it serves real, recurring use, and we help you make that call honestly. A good example is entsorgo, one of Germany's leading online waste-management platforms, where customers have been ordering containers from their phones since 2016, with real-time price calculation. Our managed support delivers that calm: continuous minute-level monitoring, automatic alerting and error tracking (GlitchTip), so we see problems before your customers meet them. We run regular updates, security patches and automated backups, and we do not just promise restores, we rehearse them, because a backup only counts if it has provably been restored from. Cloud solutions
For us the cloud is not a buzzword but an engineering decision: when it pays off, what it really costs, and how to avoid being locked into a single provider. In a migration we carry the whole journey: assessment, cost modelling, a transition plan, then the move itself in zero-downtime, reversible steps. We work with Docker-based containerisation, so your systems stay portable: public cloud, private servers, or a combination of the two. Global delivery and protection run on Cloudflare, whose network spans more than 300 cities worldwide: your content is always served from the point closest to the visitor. On systems we operate, automated restore-tested backups and releases that roll back in seconds are the baseline. Cloud bill optimisation is part of the job too: after a review, the same system often runs noticeably cheaper. If you are considering the cloud, we model it together first, and tell you honestly if it is not worth it.

Database design
Data is your company's most valuable asset, and the database is where the speed and reliability of your systems are decided. We design and optimise relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB): a well-thought-out schema, a sound index strategy, fast queries. The Hell Energy Store platform runs on a database we designed: it serves the order, product and inventory data of ten countries, in multiple languages and currencies, under live campaign traffic. Slow admin, stuttering webshop, timing-out reports? Such complaints rarely need a new server: usually a badly written query or a missing index is to blame, and we show it with measurements, not guesses. Security is part of the design: encrypted connections, tiered permissions, automated backups verified by restore tests. We also handle migrations, whether a version upgrade, a server move or merging systems: your data arrives complete, verified and documented.

Network infrastructure
Without a stable network, every other IT investment is built on sand. We design and build office and site networks: structured cabling, full Wi-Fi coverage, VLAN-separated traffic, VPN-based remote access and firewall protection, sized to your business. We take the server side just as seriously: nginx-based serving, load balancing, DDoS protection and a web application firewall (WAF) on Cloudflare's network, which serves and filters traffic from more than 300 cities worldwide. We operate more than 15 servers with live client traffic, so we know the failure modes from experience, not theory: redundancy, monitoring and alerting are built into every system we deliver. Security is not an add-on: access logging, tiered permissions and regular updates are part of the base package.
